Le Nombre d’Or comes from a manual harvest, followed by a carbonic maceration and a fermentation without adding yeast. The flow is separated from the Press. The press finished its alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. La Coule and the press are then bred for over 18 months in oak barrels. At the end of this breeding, they will be gathered for bottling.
Food and wine : Served at 16 ° C, this cuvée will be appreciated on refined dishes like red meats and game. To be decanted!
