In our vaulted cellar, formerly a sheepfold, the wine takes the time to reveal itself.

Protected by stone and silence, our wines continue their maturation in oak barrels under naturally ideal conditions. The constant temperature, around 18°C ​​throughout the year , provides a stable environment, conducive to slow and controlled micro-oxygenation .

The oak complements the wine with precision, never masking the expression of the fruit or the terroir. This patient aging process refines the structure, develops aromatic complexity, and enhances the aging potential of our wines.
