The wine is clear with evolved, deep garnet highlights. The nose is complex and pleasing, with aromas of spices and a variety of red fruits. This wine will gain even more expression with time, opening up to notes of cherries and toast, although it can already be enjoyed with pleasure.

Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah

With its persistence on the palate, this vintage will pair very well with braised lamb with herbs, or will support Daube, game, cheeses and other spicy dishes.
