Aged for over two years in new oak barrels, this Cuvée is composed of 92% Syrah with Viognier as a complement. The concentrated, smooth palate reveals a great aromatic richness. A great wine with excellent aging potential!
Grape varieties: 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier
Served at room temperature, this vintage is best enjoyed with guinea fowl marinated in red wine and accompanied by braised chestnuts. It also pairs well with refined dishes, meats in sauce, and of course, game.
